The student contract is a classwork assignment in which each student is accountable for keeping records of their attendance in class and all assignments they have turned in to me for a grade. The purpose of this assignment is two-fold; I will verify with students the weekly attendance that has been recorded through Zangle. In the instance that a mistake has been made, each student will have documentation showing their attendance and I can change the records t o reflect the correction. This is very important as CHS attendance policy states that a student shall not miss more than 5 days per quarter!
